All Minds in Kirkintilloch is a mental health counselling service for children, young people, adults, and families. We provide the opportunity for struggling individuals to talk to mental health professionals in a comfortable setting. All Minds is inclusive to everyone and open to anyone who needs it.

All Minds in Kirkintilloch have a Schools program where we treat every pupil as an individual and tailor our approach to suit their needs and situation. We only provide services using fully qualified experienced counsellors ensuring all pupils have the very best support available.

We are able to offer help in various areas such as bereavement, anxiety and depression, education support, family relationships and bullying.  This project works out of our head office in Kirkintilloch, our Falkirk hub, and in primary and secondary schools around Scotland.

Our one-to-one counselling sessions provide weekly support to pupils who have an ongoing need for more in depth counselling. Our fully qualified counsellors tailor each session, taking into account a childs age, needs, and situation. For younger pupils we use play therapy to encourage pupils to express themselves in a non verbal way, helping us to get the best idea of how to provide support. We also have group counselling sessions for families.
